1- Angkor Clean Water Project
Support clean water to poor families by building hand pump water wells at a rate of 8-10 wells monthly. Concentration of water wells in the rural surrounding area of Siem Reap Province, comprising 10 different villages and districts. The placement of the water wells is suggested by the evaluation of the CCDO staff.
It is important to research all the people in the village to see who has the most need for clean water.

- Check and test quality of water before and after building the well.
- Monitoring the building of the water to ensure the contractor has provided a quality well.
- Training villagers on the upkeep and repair of water well.
2- School Construction Project
Building schools for kindergarten, primary and secondary schools & Libraries that have been requested by school officers, and teachers.
- Research information of areas that have NO schools in Siem Reap Province.
- Preparing budget, plan and builder bids for school buildings.
- Contracting with the school constructor.
- Setup school construction committee to monitor completion of project.
- Training to committee to monitor school construction.
- Compiling reports on school construction to CCDO staff and donors.
- Preparing opening ceremony after completion of building.
- Monitor use of school and activities.
3- Teaching and Study Motivation Project
4000 students and 120 teachers in 10 Primary Schools and Secondary schools in Siem Reap Province area will benefit by CCDO programs for teaching and learning motivation.
- Researching both primary and secondary schools that have problems and request help.
- Regularly arrange meeting with school officers and authorities for the districts in Siem Reap Province.
- Recruitment and training of 12 local English Teachers to employ for the schools.
- Provide study materials, shoes and clothes to poor pupils in 10 primary schools.
- Additional support of salary for local teachers in 10 Primary Schools.
- Supplying school materials to 10 primary and secondary schools.
- Arranging study tours once a year for pupils and teachers of 10 primary and secondary schools.
4- Scholarship Student’s Project
Supporting 120 poor pupils from Primary school to University, who were selected from Siem Reap Province.
- 120 poor students who drop out of school in villages in Siem Reap.
- Providing rice (20 Kg/month), study material (writing book, bag, pen, ruler …), bicycle, clothes, shoes, medicine, soap and small stipend for pupils to continue to study.
- Arrange periodical meetings with 120 new scholarship students and caretaker in each village.
- Cooperate with school teachers and local authorities to follow up students schooling and their daily living conditions.
We plan to provide 6 English classes for students at the rural area in Siem Reap Province. The students will study conversation, pre-elementary, elementary, intermediate and advance, writing skills and English Grammar. We have selected 195 students to begin this project. We have selected a very skillful local teacher, who has many years of experience. The certificates will be given to the students who complete the course successfully.
